The former steel fabricators, WS Britland and Co. Limited, premises at Eythorne, 8 miles north of Dover have been sold to TGC International Limited on behalf of liquidators Begbies Traynor by specialist industrial and warehouse agents, Core Commercial.

The 60,000 sqft property sits on a site of 5 acres was the former marshalling yard for Tilmanstone Colliery and which closed in 1989. Britland subsequently purchased the property but they in turn closed in 2009.

Core Commercial have been re-instructed by TGC to let up to 40,000 sqft surplus buildings and yard pending their long term expansion...
