
Overcharged for Electricity and Gas
We have just had a very nasty bill from Atlantic for gas and electricity. The bills for the last year had all been estimated. Following a recent meter reading the bill they sent sought to charge us for the whole of the sum underpaid, which mostly related to last winter, at the recent well publicised higher rate. We questioned this and as a result they have reduced our bill by 11%.
