Although there are a limited number of new small and medium sized requirements, the larger occupiers are seriously looking with a view to occupying space next year. We predict therefore that there will be an improvement in activity towards the end of the year. There are therefore some great opportunities for buyers and occupiers to do deals now, especially that landowners and developers have realised that summer 2008 rents and prices are no longer achievable.
