The former Houchin Aerospace 70,000 sq ft factory warehouse on Hilton Road at Cobbs Wood, Ashford has been sold to George Brewster Limited, part of the Kent Space Group who have existing self storage centres at Wotton Road, Ashford as well as Lordswood, Chatham. Brewster intends to refurbish the property and let units to individual occupiers.
