The market has picked up significantly this year. We current have 2,160 companies on our database seeking industrial & warehouse space or sites across the region. Of these, 815 are seeking up to 5,000 sqft, 610 from 5,000 to 19,999 sqft, 338 above 20,000 sqft and 397 just sites.

According to Google Analytic's Core Commercial's web has had 28,419 users in 38,515 sessions visiting this web site between 1st August 2013 and 31st July 2014 (72.1% new visitors and 27.9% returning visitors).

In July 2014 we had over 4,600 visitors per month (74.1% new visitors and 25.9% returning visitors), up from less than 3,000 visitors per month for the same period in 2013.

Looking further back, in the first quarter of 2009 we have had around 1,920 visitors per month, up from a low of under 1,300 per month in December 2008. Either the market has picked up or maybe we are performing better? Hopefully both.
