The property comprises two building totalling 34,430 sqft plus a mezzanine area of 8,500 sqft on a site of 1.7 acres.

In addition to the workshop area, the building will include support functions such as engineering offices, mess facilities, parts and tyre store as well as a fuelling station.

The college whose lease expired in July 2017 are incorporating the remaining facilities onto their existing campus in Hadlow which had been released following Kent Dairy's relocation to Goudhurst.
