CORE COMMERCIAL was set up in 1996 with the aim of providing industrial and warehouse property owners and occupiers in Kent a high quality agency & professional service. The focus is on a totally individual service, be it in marketing or development management, to add value to clients property interests.

David Marriott BSc FRICS

Aged 53, David has over 30 years experience in commercial property originally training with insolvency experts, Edward  Symmons & Partners in London. He worked with the Knight Frank Group in Sydney, Australia  dealing with office agency, and then at Jones Lang Wootton in Los Angeles, USA concentrating on investment agency and analysis. He returned to the West End of  London office of Hillier Parker (now CBRE) where he was a senior investment surveyor before joining Lawson-Price in 1982 to run their Kent Commercial office.

David set up Core Commercial in 1996. He has advised multi national companies through to small companies and individuals. He has designed and published these web pages and written investment analysis and development appraisal programs. In May 2002 he was elected as a Councillor for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

Neil Mason BSc

Aged 38, a graduate of South Bank University, trained with West End surveyors, Last & Coyne. He ran his own property letting agency in Bromley before joining Core commercial in February 1997 as an agency surveyor. Neil was appointed a director of the company in 1999.

John Crowley GIFE

Aged 60, John who has over 20 years senior management experience in London joined Core Commercial in 2002.
